Ask anything about your dog or cat and get calm guidance that draws on their own records. Keep every vaccine, lab result and medication in one place, across every vet you ever see.
Yes, blueberries are a safe treat for most dogs. Rinse them first, and if it's her first time, start with just a few.
How many is too many?
Beau
For a Golden Retriever Bella's size, a small handful a day is plenty. Keep treats under about a tenth of her daily food so they don't crowd out her meals.

Bella sleeping more
She's sleeping more lately. Is that normal at 11?
Beau
Older dogs often sleep more, and her check-ins show energy a little lower this week. Keep logging it, and mention it at her next visit if it continues or she eats less.

Bella's puffy muzzle
Her muzzle looks puffy this morning. Should I worry?
Beau
From the photo, her muzzle does look swollen. Facial swelling can come from an allergic reaction, like a sting, and it can change quickly. Call your vet today, and go to an emergency vet if her breathing changes or the swelling spreads.

Bella's nighttime whining
Bella has been whining at night a bit recently, what should I do?
Beau
Nighttime whining in a senior dog is worth paying attention to. A couple of things stand out from Bella's recent history:
She had a limping episode logged on July 10, and low energy a few days before that.
Golden Retrievers are prone to hip and elbow issues as they age, which fits this pattern.

Check-ins and vet visits
Ready for every vet visit, before, during and after.
A daily check-in takes a few taps and builds the picture over time. Before a visit, Beau turns it into a summary for your vet. With your vet's OK, record the appointment and Beau writes a plain-language recap, with medications and follow-ups ready to save.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Is Beau a vet?
No. Beau gives general pet health information and urgency guidance. It is not a veterinary service and does not replace your vet. When something needs a vet, Beau says so.
How does Beau know about my pet?
From what you add: your pet's profile, the documents you upload, and the symptoms, weights, medications and check-ins you log. The more you keep in Beau, the more its answers draw on your pet's real history.
What happens in an emergency?
If a message sounds urgent, Beau shows emergency vet and poison control numbers before anything else. Numbers are built in for the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. If your pet may be in danger, contact a vet straight away.
Does Beau work for cats?
Yes. Beau is built for dogs and cats, from puppies and kittens to seniors.
How much does Beau cost?
Beau is free to start with one pet and 10 questions. Standard is $3.99 a month or $38.99 a year. Pro is $15.99 a month or $153.99 a year. Prices are in US dollars; Google Play shows your local price. Compare plans.
How do I cancel?
Any time, in Google Play or in Beau under You, Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Is my pet's data private?
Yes. Beau has no ads and never sells your data. Messages are sent to our AI partners only to generate answers, under contracts that prohibit retention or training. You can export or delete everything at any time. Privacy policy.
Can I get my data out of Beau?
Yes, any time, free on every plan, even after a downgrade. In the app, go to You, then Export or delete my data, then Export your data. You get one archive with a plain-English summary, the full record as a JSON file, and the original file for every document you added. Your records belong to you.
Can I use Beau for more than one pet?
Yes. The free plan covers one pet; Standard and Pro cover as many as you have.
Does Beau read my vet documents on the free plan?
The free plan stores up to 5 documents. Having Beau read them and use the details in answers is part of Standard and Pro.
Can I share records with my vet?
Yes. Beau can prepare a one-page summary before a visit, and you can export your pet's records to show or send to any vet.
Is Beau on iPhone?
Coming soon. Beau is on Android through Google Play now, and the iPhone version is on its way.
Are the answers written by AI?
Yes. Beau uses AI to write answers from general pet health knowledge and your pet's records. It has been tested and tuned for safety and accuracy against more than 120 realistic pet health conversations, including emergencies. Like any source of general information, it can still be wrong, so always check with your vet before making decisions about your pet's health. How Beau's answers work.
What counts as a question?
Each message you send to Beau in Ask. Logging symptoms, medications, weights and check-ins doesn't use questions.
What's the difference between Standard and Pro?
The same features. Pro raises the monthly question allowance from 50 to 600, for busy multi-pet homes or pets with ongoing care.
